Double upload this week with some off kilter LA hip-hop and Hi NRG on the flip.
Picked a copy of this up on a recent trip to Japan for a fraction of the price of any online copies.
Desire looks to be a fluid combination of a few Los Angeles freestyle luminaries. Pictured on the front are Sebastian "Sabby" Rayas, who produces both tracks and raps on the A-side and Nicole May who's vocals feature on both cuts.
JD Hall is also credited for the b-side, which looks to be a cover or alternate version of his own release of #1 Lover from 8 years prior to this release.
Que Feo is amateurish and a lot of fun, even if it's a fair bit hornier than anything I would usually buy. It's so catchy I find myself singing vulgar lyrics while I roll around public spaces.
Look forward to one day cracking up a dancefloor with tales of Ramona who gives out big boners.
Plus Desire's version of #1 Lover with May's hauntingly off key vocals and relentless percussion also features this week. Yet to try it out on the floor but feel like I can hear people screaming already.
