His career seems to include him helping produce rock and new beat for the Beggars Banquet label and play bass for The Adult Net in the 80s as Ottersley Kipling. Around the new millennia he made a bunch of progressive house tracks under a number of small aliases.
This track in particular has certain elements of cheesy progressive house, yet something about it helps make the tune interesting for me. The huge crescendos of noise contrasted with that pop house piano riff just seems to captivate me every time.
Would love to see how it would go at the right time on the right system.
